Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
This is the official Shadowrocket site and manual. These terms apply to access to Shadowrocket Reviews & Official Manual and use of the information provided here. App purchases and store transactions are also subject to the applicable App Store terms.
1. Scope and basis of the information
This site provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, importing an existing subscription, routing rules, and troubleshooting. The manual explains how to use the app; it does not guarantee results for any particular network, device, or use case.
App features and interface details are as shown in the app. Prices, compatible devices, and system requirements are as listed on the App Store page. If the instructions differ from what you see, check your current settings first and avoid overwriting existing configurations. Rule examples on different pages illustrate syntax only and may not suit every connection requirement.
2. Responsible use and user obligations
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the app. The app and content on this site must not be used unlawfully or to infringe anyone's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights. Users must also follow the terms of any services they access.
Configuration instructions assume that users already have their own subscription or server details. Users are responsible for verifying their source, permissions, and scope of use, and for safeguarding connection credentials. Check rules and destination addresses before importing a configuration. Keep a restorable copy before making changes; if anything seems wrong, stop the connection and review the settings.
3. App Store purchases and service boundaries
Shadowrocket is a paid client distributed on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. App Store is the only place to get it. Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official app icon, and app ID 932747118. See how to verify the genuine App Store app for details.
A one-time purchase of the client does not include a server plan. Purchasing the app grants the right to use the client; it does not provide a server or subscription needed to connect. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscription services. Charges, refunds, and restoration of purchases are handled under the applicable App Store rules; this site does not process transactions.
4. Availability and limitations of liability
Connection results depend on factors such as device settings, network conditions, server status, and the services being accessed. This site does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that example configurations will produce a particular connection result. The app is sold on the App Store; information on this site does not replace the store's transaction terms or the license terms applicable to the app.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for connection interruptions, data loss, or other indirect losses arising from configurations made based on its instructions. Users are responsible for backing up important data and configurations. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects consumers' statutory rights.
5. Trademarks and use of content
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to its developer or the respective rights holders. The official icon and app materials shown on this site are used to identify the product and explain its operation. Visiting this site does not grant any additional license to those materials.
When quoting content from the manual, retain necessary source information and context. Do not alter the meaning of instructions or present examples as service commitments. Copying, adapting, or using content commercially requires the appropriate rights under applicable law. This does not affect fair use permitted by law.
6. Changes to these terms and where to find help
These terms may be revised to reflect changes to the content, feature descriptions, or applicable law. The full text and updated month will be published at the top of this page. Important changes to rights or obligations will be noted on relevant pages. New terms do not retroactively change completed App Store transactions.
Review this page again before using the site. For purchase, connection, and configuration questions, start with the FAQ. For step-by-step instructions, see the user guide. Contact the relevant service's official support channel for store transactions or issues with an existing server service.
